To qualify for this all you need to do is simply use the product as directed for 90 consecutive days, taking photos of the treated area at Day 1, Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90. 

You then submit your claim within 1 month of completing the 90-day period by emailing our customer service team at team@trudermal.com.au.

How do I submit a guarantee claim?

If you have used your product correctly and consistently for 90 days and you are not satisfied with your results, you are entitled to submit a claim through our customer service team - team@trudermal.com.au.

You will need to provide your order information, photos of the treated area at Day 1, Day 30, Day 60 and Day 90 with a brief description.

Once submitted, our skin expert team will review your claim within 5–7 business days.
