12-month warranty on all our devices
Every Trudermal device is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required
Please attach your receipt, order confirmation email or invoice. Claims without proof of purchase can't be processed.

- Find your receiptOrder confirmation, invoice or receipt showing the date.
- Submit belowOur team will review it and reply within 3 business days.
