How to use your LED light therapy mask
To get you started let's check that you have the below items:
> Silicone flexible LED face mask
> Power supply and country specific adaptors
> Controller
> USB connector
> Velcro straps
> Carry bag
How To Use Guide
Step 1: Cleanse the skin to remove any traces of skincare and makeup.
Step 2: Insert the USB cable from your LED mask into the top of the controller.
Step 3: Place the device on the neck or hands and secure with the Velcro straps, switch on the controller by holding down the button for a few seconds.
Step 4: The device switches off after a ten minute treatment time. You may stop the treatment at anytime by pressing and holding the controller button down.
Step 5: Remove your mask, apply your normal skincare.
Step 6: Clean the mask using a water based wipe or a damp clean cloth.
* We always recommend checking the contraindications and performing a sensitivity test 24hrs prior to your first treatment. Please refer to your user manual.
How to charge your Neck LED
This device uses a Lithium ion polymer battery. When in charging mode the LED mask will not illuminate.
Before use it is important to fully charge your LED mask battery/controller.
To charge your controller you use the additional cable and insert the USB-C cable into the controller and insert the USB connector into adapter provided.
While charging, the indicator will flash green and turn solid when fully charged.
The device will take around 6 hours to charge, each charge is sufficient for approximately 10 treatments.
Troubleshooting your LED mask
Need help? It's normally quick and easy to solve.
LED mask not turning on.
> Make sure your LED mask controller is fully charged.
> Press and hold down the controller button for a few seconds until the LEDs illuminate.
> Ensure the USB ends of the charging cable are connected properly.
> Use an alternative outlet to help identify and check any charging problems.
LED Mask is turning off after 30 seconds.
The controller battery charge may be low and we recommend charging the controller fully and try again.

Caring for your LED
Clean your LED device after each treatment with a water based wipe or damp clean cloth.
Store your LED mask at room temperature in dry condition using the carry bag provided.
Avoid storing the device in dusty condition, direct sunlight or in damp and humid conditions.
